February Immunization Clinic

February 9, 2015 @ 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Regular clinic dates are usually the 3rd Monday of each month at the Lyon County Southwest Health and Human Services office, 607 West Main Street Suite 200, Marshall, MN (on the second floor). However, occasionally holidays cause a change in our schedule. Please bring immunization records to the clinics. There is a $20.00 charge per shot (unless unable to pay). We ask that children under the age of 18 be accompanied by parent or legal guardian and you must wait 15 minutes after receiving the immunizations.

Southwest Health and Human Services can give immunizations to children 0-18 years who are on Minnesota public insurance, are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover immunizations, or have reached the cap on their vaccine coverage.  Southwest Health and Human Services cannot give immunizations to anyone who has private insurance that fully covers immunizations. People with insurance coverage for immunizations should call their medical provider for immunizations.

During 2015, limited adult immunizations are available to uninsured adults.

Please call for appointments 507-537-6713, or if you have further questions.

Note Change: Appointments are Necessary
